Free LOCAL Delivery for order over $200:

Location radius must be within 50kms for free delivery

Purina or other products purchased will be subject to the delivery fee
Delivery Scheduling:
Deliveries are typically made within 3–5 business days.
Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery unless prior arrangements have been made.

All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase or at delivery.

For custom feed blends or special orders, full payment is required at the time of order placement.
NSF Cheques:

A $35 NSF fee will be applied for any returned cheques.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns:
Unopened bags may be returned within 14 days of purchase with proof of receipt.
Final Sale Items:
All custom feed blends and special orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchanges:
We accept exchanges for defective or damaged items. Please contact us within 3 days of purchase or delivery to arrange a replacement.
Special & Custom Feed
We are pleased to source specialty feed items and create custom feed blends upon request to meet your specific livestock needs.

Non-Refundable Deposit: A deposit may be required at the time of ordering. All deposits are non-refundable.

Lead Times: Availability and delivery times may vary by supplier and season. We will provide an estimated timeline at the time of order.

Final Sale: All custom and special orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
